Who is Mapledale Baptist Church?
Our church is part of the Southern Baptist Convention, a network of nearly 47,000 churches with over 12.9 million members worldwide as of July 2024.
We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God and encourage individuals to study and interpret it responsibly. We also celebrate communion every week and operate as an autonomous congregation, guided solely by God, without oversight from a higher governing body.
What time is service?
Our Sunday service begins at 11:00 AM and typically concludes around 12:30 PM.
What does Mapledale do the rest of the week?
We host a prayer meeting every Monday night at 5:15 PM, followed by an adult Bible study at 6:15 PM. Our food pantry outreach takes place on Thursdays, and our women’s Bible study typically meets on either Tuesday or Friday.

Do you have to dress up to attend your worship service?
Not at all! Dressing up is not necessary to join us for worship at Mapledale. While some may choose to wear their "Sunday best," others come in slacks, a casual shirt, or even jeans. What matters most is that you come as you are, ready to worship and connect with God.
Are guests allowed to participate in communion?
What outreach ministries does Mapledale offer?
Our church is actively involved in several ministries to serve our community. Our food pantry supports approximately 100 families each week. We also offer assistance to single and expecting mothers, providing guidance and support as they navigate the challenges of bringing new life into the world, while offering alternatives to abortion. Additionally, during the spring and summer months, a dedicated team from our church engages with the community at the Farmer's Market twice a week.
